Productivity Track
What if AI could actually save you time, simplify your work, and help you produce better results without adding complexity?
The AI Productivity Track is designed for small business owners, nonprofit leaders, educators, team leaders, and everyday professionals who want to move beyond experimenting with AI and start using it in ways that solve real problems. This isn’t about overwhelming theory or a long list of tools you’ll never use. It’s about real work, real applications, and real results.
Over three hands-on days, you’ll apply AI directly to your own work and discover practical ways to increase productivity, improve quality, and reduce everyday friction.
The experience is intentionally designed to guide you through a clear progression:
Trying AI → Using AI Intentionally → Integrating AI into How You Work
You’ll begin by identifying where AI can create value in your work, learn how to get better and more consistent results, build practical workflows, and develop strategies to use AI responsibly and effectively.
By the end of the experience, you won’t just understand AI, you’ll leave with practical workflows, a personalized AI productivity system, and a clear plan to use AI with purpose and confidence in your daily work.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this experience, participants will be able to:
- Identify high-value opportunities to apply AI in daily work
- Create prompts that generate useful, relevant outputs
- Build repeatable workflows for writing, summarizing, and content creation
- Evaluate and refine AI outputs using human judgment
- Create a personalized AI productivity system and adoption plan
Presentation slides will be available at the end of each day.
