Leadership Track

The Summer AI Intensive Leadership Track is a three-day, immersive program for senior leaders who are responsible for making real decisions about AI in their organizations. It is not a survey course. It is not a vendor showcase. It is a working program designed to move leaders from awareness to action — with frameworks, hands-on experience, and a cohort of peers navigating the same challenges.

In 2025, participants told us the program changed how they thought about AI adoption. In 2026, the curriculum has been substantially updated to reflect where the world actually is: agentic AI has arrived, the regulatory landscape has shifted, the cost of building technology has collapsed, and the gap between organizations that moved decisively and those that waited is now measurable and widening.

Most leaders understand AI matters. Far fewer have a concrete plan, a prioritized use case, or a 90-day roadmap. This program closes that gap — in three days. Participants work directly with AI tools, complete real exercises, and leave with deliverables they can use immediately — not just slides to file away. The room matters as much as the curriculum. Learn alongside peers navigating the same decisions, industries, and organizational challenges you face. The curriculum has been substantially updated to reflect where AI actually is today: agentic systems, a new regulatory landscape, and the gap between organizations that moved and those that didn’t. Anonymous polling, open Q&A, and a no-judgment learning environment means leaders can honestly assess where they are without performance pressure. Every session connects strategy to governance, and every framework accounts for the human and ethical dimensions of AI adoption — not just the technical ones.

Participants leave with a prioritized AI vision, a 90-day action plan, and the confidence to lead — not just monitor — their organization’s AI transformation.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this experience, participants will leave with:

  1. A prioritized AI vision statement tied to your specific business problems
  2. A concrete 90-day action plan ready to take back to your team
  3. A scored and ranked list of AI use cases for your organization
  4. Current-state vs. future-state analysis using the McKinsey 7-S framework
  5. Direct experience with agentic AI tools — not just a briefing on them
  6. A peer network of executives navigating the same decisions you face

Presenter slides will be available at the end of each day.
